Monitoring

When comparing companies and their monitoring services, make sure that you are comparing the same level of service. The Home Security Systems Inc. Team provides the highest level of monitoring available. Our programming can include openings, closings, troubles, alarms and daily tests. For Subscribers who choose opening and closing tracking. it will keep track of each  time you arm/disarm your system and  will automatically log this information at our central monitoring station. This allows you to better track activity on your system. Available to you are both weekly and monthly reports that can be mailed and/or faxed to you by our office.

At Home Security Systems Inc. we believe that all systems should be set up on a daily test cycle. Should your system fail to transmit a signal within a 24hr period to our monitoring facility, you will be notified the next morning of the situation. Compare this to our competitors, who test on a weekly or monthly basis or not at all. The only time some systems will transmit ANY signal is during an alarm condition. What this all means is the following: your system may have problems communicating with the central station and no one will be aware of the problem until it is too late. Imagine your security system going into alarm during a break-in and no alarm signal reaches the central station.

Our central monitoring station is U.L. listed, meaning that we can monitor banks, armored car depots, government buildings and other secure locations. We offer nothing but the highest level of service and security to our customers. Our central monitoring station is staffed 24 hrs. a day by trained professionals who are capable of handling any emergency situation.
