Low Voltage experience
Clean background-no felonies or Class C Misdemeanors (ever)
Clean Driving record and valid Texas driver’s license
Professional appearance and good communication skills
Local state security licensing (Must be able to pass FBI fingerprint and background check)
Must be able to pass a drug test
Physically able to climb ladders, crawl in attic spaces (sometimes small), and lift heavy items
Ability to up-sell products so that each location is properly protected
Commercial Fire license a plus
Experience in CCTV and automation systems a plus
Must be an organized individual

Clean background-no felonies and certain misdemeanors (ever)
Security System or police dispatching experience preferred
Valid Texas driver’s license
Valid state security license is helpful (Otherwise, must be able to pass FBI fingerprint and extensive background check.)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must have adequate transportation
